因為有暖暖的陽光，過年期間基隆地區到處都是人潮，今天也是一樣，海洋廣場上擠滿了賞鴨人潮，許多民眾攜家帶眷坐在椅子上曬太陽，一整個上午市區交通還算暢通，不過主辦單位表示，下午賞鴨人潮應該會達到最高峰，預估陸續會有5萬人參觀。

氣象局指出，要把握這2天的好天氣，下星期因東北季風增強，北部與東北部氣溫會轉涼，降雨機會也會增加。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
