飆車族立院放信號彈遭逮　交保.責付.送勒戒

反服貿團體占據立法院議場，24日晚間再度出現飆車族鬧事，約有2百多輛機車在青島東路附近與抗爭民眾發生衝突，不但有人持刀、鋁棒打人，還沿途亂丟信號彈，警方趕到現場逮捕3名肇事份子，其中一人交保、一人責付家人帶回，另外一人因是毒品通緝犯，最後移送勒戒所。

24日晚間10時又發生有飆車族在立法院附近滋事，大約有2百多輛機車在附近閃燈、按喇叭，還沿途放信號彈，警方立刻前往現場壓制，搜出煙火、鋁棒、雙節棍等物品，並將幾名飆車族帶回警局偵訊。

經台北地檢署複訊後，其中一名男子被警方搜出信號彈、鋁棒等物品，被依《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》等罪，諭令3萬元交保，另一名男子因是毒品通緝犯，警方將他移送北檢歸案，而持刀傷人的男子還未成年，被法官裁定責付家人帶回。
