比較建議您有朋友回中國時帶去小米之家處理比較保險。

先前送修過一台。由於小米盒子線上沒有返修選項，只能線上聯繫客服報修，客服會給你寄送地址，「並且致電當初這盒子的收件人確認」。

第一次用郵局從台灣寄，小米北京退件。原因，只接受快遞。
第二次用順豐寄送，小米北京退件。原因，寄送地址來自台灣。
只能轉寄到北京的朋友，再請北京朋友重新再寄送，總算收了。

維修完成後（整新機），小米會直接寄送給當初該訂單的收件人。幸好小弟都是自己認識的朋友收件，如果您是透過淘寶購買，建議您還是找朋友親身跑一趟保險。
