不管是領22K,還是畢業20年才領28-35K,我看都一樣慘吧, 今天的問題在於很多公司本身只願意給低薪,又不願適度調整待遇, 請22K正職就算了,有些是22K約聘,派遣職缺, 這麼做最大好處是薪資可以固定,聘期滿了還可以不續簽, 換言之就是萬年22K的工作,再不就是年資到了, 他們就故意把你調到不適任的單位或地方,想辦法逼你離開, 企業起薪過低當然要檢討,可更該檢討的是派遣,約聘制度泛濫, 與企業只想低薪請員工無意往上栽培的問題吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.230.248.17 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1401419385.A.CA6.html
