如何取得購屋證明？

各位01大大好

小弟想詢問的事情是這樣子的...

由於小弟剛結婚近期有在規劃購買台灣的屋子，

但我並不是台灣的公民（不過我老婆是台灣公民），

因此計劃房屋的貸款都以她的名義去貸，當然房子也寫她的名字。

另外，我也打算從國外匯一筆數目不小的資金到台灣當作頭期款，

但問題來了，當地的銀行需要有「購買房屋的文件」以證明這筆資金是我用在購買房子，並無其他用途（擔心洗錢？），有此證明他們才願意把資金匯到台灣來，

原先岳父岳母是想等到資金都到齊後再開始購買房子，但目前好像得先進行簽約、貸款的動作才能得到「購屋證明」的文件，而且此文件也需要擁有我的名字。

所以想請教板上的大大有沒有類似的經驗可以分享？或是可以取得購屋證明的方式？
