女房客抱怨沒熱水　遭房東殺害肢解

美國一名惡女因為房客抱怨時常沒熱水又沒電，竟將房客殺害後，砍去頭部與四肢丟入海中。
 
《Sunday Star》報導，美國紐約布魯克林區42歲庫法斯（Leah Cuevas）將房屋租給27歲女子拉杜雅（Chinelle Latoya），並按月向拉杜雅收租，但出租房卻時常沒熱水或沒電可用。
 
房客拉杜雅忍不住向庫法斯抱怨後，兩人發生爭吵並埋下殺機。房東庫法斯再度登門時殺害拉杜雅，並將其肢解丟棄海中。警方在本月8日於海邊發現拉杜雅軀幹，隔日又在附近發現一隻殘臂。
 
上周又在一灌木叢前，發現拉杜雅的頭部。庫法斯案發後已遭警方逮捕，檢方於本周四（24日）起訴房東庫法斯。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
