北韓新版5千鈔　不見金日成肖像

北韓發行新版5000元鈔票，據南韓韓聯社7月30日報導，新版5000元的鈔票同時印有金日成和金正日的肖像，而舊版5000元僅有金日成肖像。但最新報導指出，新鈔不見前領導人金日成肖像，而是換成國際友誼展覽館和萬景台故居的圖片。

北韓官方尚未宣佈發行新鈔的消息，不過新版5000元鈔票7月28日開始在市場出現，南韓網刊《每日朝鮮》8月1日報導，已經開始流通的5000朝元新鈔並未印上金日成肖像，5000元是北韓幣值最高的鈔票。
　　
韓聯社認為，這次發新鈔談不上貨幣改革，影響力不及上次的重估幣值。北韓政府2009年11月突然下令重估幣值。原北韓貨幣當年11月30日起停止使用，以更換新貨幣。新舊貨幣兌換比率為1比100，即原先面值1000元的紙幣由面值10元的紙幣取代。這一舉措當時被解讀為打擊私有市場活動，但導致北韓通貨膨脹迅速抬升，居民爭相換取硬通貨，在某種程度上削弱了大眾對北韓貨幣的信心。韓聯社認為，儘管這次發新鈔與正式貨幣改革無關，但顯然有抑制通貨膨脹和打擊外匯黑市之意。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
