女玩滑水道撞臀 　蹲馬桶好吃力

辣妹水上樂園失足，未及時就醫，連蹲馬桶都吃力！
 
今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導。一名24歲女子日前到水上樂園，準備坐上滑水道俯衝時，腳滑失足、跌坐在地，但未立刻就醫，拖到蹲馬桶時骨盆劇痛，連走路都痛到彎腰如老太婆才就醫，診斷為薦髂（ㄎㄚˊ）關節錯位。
 
收治病例的台北市中山醫院復健科醫師潘健理說，女子體形纖瘦，屁股著地時欠缺皮肉層保護，撞擊力直接由骨盆吸收，導致薦髂關節錯位，拖到去復健科就醫時已痛到連蹲馬桶都很吃力，還得像老太婆般彎腰走路才能減輕痛感。
 
潘健理提醒，薦髂關節受傷易與坐骨神經痛混淆，導致延誤治療，兩者差別是薦髂關節受傷時，疼痛部位僅限大腿以上到骨盆，若伴隨下肢痠麻，才可能是坐骨神經痛；建議玩水時勿奔跑，跌倒一周內沒好轉，應速就醫。 （即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
