餿油案 南市持續清查地下工廠

(中央社記者張榮祥台南10日電)餿油風波引爆食安危機，台南市沒有回收油品製造工廠，但市府表示會進一步清查有無地下工廠，及到夜市等末端持續稽查，盡力推持食品安全。

賴清德上午主持台南市政府食品安全聯合稽查跨局處會議，由衛生局專案報告「劣質豬油」查緝成果。

賴清德指出，因應強冠及工研整合的劣質油品，市付採源頭管控及上下游追查，強冠部分共清查27家，包括6家製造業及21家經銷業，封存1275桶1萬9125公斤。在工研整合方面，41家業者全數清查完畢，封存23桶345公斤。味全12項產品也下架封存。

台南市學校營養午餐也未使用劣質油品，但有 3家學校買到受污染食品，已處理完畢；台南市也沒有回收油品製造工廠，但市府會進一步清查有無地下工廠，及到夜市等末端持續稽查，盡力推持食品安全。
