地下匯兌洗錢遭逮　男辯不知道違法

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市31歲男子葉守勤，去年6月前往廈門從事地下匯兌人民幣工作，從中獲取匯差圖利。日前基隆市刑大偵四隊鎖定葉男妻子，掌握葉男從事洗錢賺匯率差的證據，上周二請他到案說明。
 
葉男到案後辯稱：「不知道這是犯法的！」警方調查發現，葉男帳戶中有一筆500萬台幣匯款記錄，推算可從中獲利2萬3千元，偵訊後依違反《洗錢防制法》及《銀行法》罪嫌將葉男送辦。
