張韶涵鞋品牌被控抄襲　強調都是原創

張韶涵自創鞋子品牌「Temptation」在台灣2家實體店面銷售成績不錯，今天卻有一個中國品牌United Nude亞太區公關總監李昊，在微博指控張韶涵抄襲其品牌，李昊說：「張韶涵小姐你好，想告知您在5月10日《快樂大本營》裡介紹自己設計的鞋履其實是我司United Nude與IVH於2011年春夏季推出的合作款，並且在您的品牌Temptation官網裡發現有幾款產品基本完全抄襲我司註冊的鞋款根部設計，也許您本人並不清楚，希望作為知名藝人能做尊重產品設計的好榜樣，期待您的答覆！」
 
對此張韶涵表示：「流行的東西很難界定誰抄襲誰，我的合作對象是紐約設計師，也跟設計師買版權，Temptation是原創。」她並認為對方若認為Temptation抄襲，應該請律師通知她的公司，而不是在微博放話，似暗指對方靠她炒作自家品牌。她並對指控她抄襲的品牌保留法律追溯權。（李志展／台北報導）
