板橋區林小姐來電詢問：若不同意國稅局寄發之綜合所得稅結算申報稅額試算通知書內容，是否需向國稅局申請更正？

北區國稅局板橋分局答覆：綜合所得稅結算申報稅額試算服務作業係便民措施，稽徵機關所寄發之綜合所得稅結算申報稅額試算通知書非屬稅額核定處分，納稅義務人如不同意該通知書內容、欲增減免稅額、改採列舉扣除額或尚有其他來源之所得、扣除額、抵減稅額等資料，應依法另辦理結算申報，免依該通知書所載應自行繳納稅額金額繳納或回復確認，且不須向稽徵機關申請更正。
