法令紋明顯　余皓然改仰睡

余皓然錄東森《現在才知道》，她受訪表示之前發現自己的法令紋和脖紋都很明顯，後來發現原因出在自己的睡眠習慣，「一開始我以為是鼻子過敏導致黑色素沈澱，法令紋才明顯，還自我催眠說法令紋深代表女人在家中地位重，後來才知道是長期側睡造成。」從此她改成仰睡，也開始勤擦保養品。她透露現在比較擔心常低頭看手機的女兒，「女兒年紀輕輕就一直低頭，會不會未老先衰，小小年紀就脖紋一堆啊？」(蔡維歆／台北報導)
