高華柱：與法部合辦洪仲丘案

針對陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍方將協助洪家爭取1億元國家賠償。不過，洪家屬表示，應該由加害者賠償，而非納稅人共同承擔。
根據《自由時報》報導，若洪案經軍事法院判決有罪定讞，確認為軍中幹部違法行為導致死亡，軍方將會協助洪家提出國家賠償，金額高達1億元，並且會依法向加害人求償。
不過，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸表示，國賠應該由加害者賠償，而非納稅人共同承擔，她認為涉案軍士官應即刻財產假扣押，以防止脫產。
