中選會人事 立院12/3投票

立法院程序委員會今天將行使中央選舉委員會人事同意權案列院會議程，12月3日上午投票表決。

行政院函送立法院中選會委員提名名單，包括中選會主任委員張博雅、副主委劉義周、委員劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥及仉桂美。

中選會組織法規定，中選會主委、副主委及委員由行政院長提名經立法院同意後任命。委員任期4年，任滿得連任1次。

此外，程委會也決議通過，12月3日立法院院會下午邀審計部審計長列席，報告民國101年度中央政府總決算審核報告及其他特別決算審核報告等案審核經過並備詢。
