我在網路上看到醃製黑糖檸檬薑片的食譜, 想說平時可以泡茶喝
我做過幾次都沒甚麼問題
順序就是一層檸檬片、一層薑片、一層紅糖或黑糖這樣在瓶子裡疊起來
通常我都是檸檬或薑片疊到最後一層
但這次醃製時最後一層是黑糖
過了幾天我想喝的時後發現最上面的糖部份融化到下面（正常現像）
但沒有融化的部分（還在檸檬上）變成白色的糖了！！

我想問這樣是正常的嗎？
我聞了醃檸檬的味道並沒有異味，也沒有發霉什麼的
只是對這個現像很好奇，有人可以跟我解釋一下嗎？
