美俄協商敘利亞化武 明天繼續

（中央社華盛頓13日綜合外電報導）美國官員今天說，美俄在日內瓦協商如何銷毀敘利亞的化學武器，兩國對敘國的化學武器量「意見逐漸接近」。美國總統歐巴馬說，會談的協議必須要是「可驗證與可強制執行的」。

由美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）和俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫（Sergei Lavrov）帶領的團隊從昨天起開會，目前處於「關鍵點」，會談將持續到明天。

歐巴馬今天說，希望銷毀敘利亞化學武器的會談能有結果，同時堅稱任何協議必須要是「可驗證與可強制執行的」。

歐巴馬在會見過科威特元首後說：「我與科威特元首一樣希望，國務卿凱瑞和外交部長拉夫羅夫目前在日內瓦的協商能有成果。」

他說：「但我重複自己公開說過的話，任何協議需要是可驗證的與可強制執行的。」

歐巴馬說，我們兩國同意，化學武器在敘利亞使用是一項犯罪行為，國際社會的回應不只要能嚇阻再度動用化武，還希望能讓化武移出敘利亞。

敘利亞所持有的化學武器存量據信是世界最大幾個之一。處理的步驟包括估算化武量、視察、確定，然後銷毀。

凱瑞本週稍早在國會作證時表示，敘利亞有1000噸化學武器。俄羅斯估計的量據報比這小得多。1020914
