婦人賣屋反悔拒付仲介費　法院判賠367萬

【胡治言／綜合報導】台北顏姓婦人前年委託永慶房屋，以9千多萬出售永康商圈店面，但和買家簽約後隔天顏婦就反悔，還拒付永慶房屋仲介費；最高法院昨判決顏婦應支付367萬仲介費定讞，再加上先前已賠償買家的4百萬元，顏婦房子沒賣成，卻損失7百多萬。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，顏婦昨失望表示：「現在就當賭博、買股票賠了，花錢消災吧！」永慶房屋法務部吳宜學協理表示：「無論對買賣雙方的任何條件及所收費用，合約中均會載明並說明。尊重法院判決結果。

婦人顏康明珠（如圖）反悔不賣自助餐店面因而損失767萬元。
