星期一在花蓮A公司租車 Ford Fiesta 1.5往南開到玉里，在玉長公路入口處爆胎了。打電話給花蓮A公司說，員工說要自行找輪胎行來補胎(當下聽到實在是傻眼....)。輪胎行到了現場說，破在胎壁，所以無法補胎，直接更換備胎(收費: 車資+工錢 500) 今天早上還車的時候，A公司說會先送回原廠換胎，要顧客吸收更換輪胎的費用，我的問題是: 1. 為何要顧客賠償一個全新的輪胎? 輪胎有折舊，顧客怎麼知道是不是前一個客人駕駛所造成的? 抑或是輪胎本來的瑕疵? 例如類似的皮帶，我租的時候斷掉，可是前面可能開了10萬公里了，為何要顧客陪全新的皮帶一條? 2. 如果要賠償，是不是有公式計算出合理的賠償金額?
