標普500執行長 年薪中位數破千萬美元

受惠於股市飆升的影響，標準普爾500股價指數成分公司執行長去年薪酬的中位數成長8.8%，從2012年的960萬美元升到1050萬美元，首度達到八位數的天價。

標普500企業執行長的薪酬在金融危機時期曾一度走下坡，但去年已是連續第四年回升，薪酬中位數在這段期間攀升逾50%。如今，執行長的薪酬倍約是員工平均薪資的257倍，遠高於2009年時的181倍。
