兇殺率增 傅內斯；犯罪集團意圖顛覆政府

薩爾瓦多5月的謀殺案件激增，即將卸任的薩爾瓦多總統傅內斯(Mauricio Funes)26日表示，有犯罪集團試圖藉此顛覆政府。
根據薩爾瓦多檢察官辦公室的法庭部門主管富爾汀(Miguel Fortin)說，5月的殺人案較去年同期增加逾倍，光是上週末就有81人被殺。
截至目前，5月的殺人案有356起，相較之下，去年同期只有174起，超過2012年初的高點。當時薩爾瓦多最大的2個黑幫--「第18街幫派」和「野蠻薩爾瓦多人」(Mara Salvatrucha，簡稱MS-13)尚未停火。
富爾汀說，這2大黑幫在2012年3月簽署的停火協定，有助於降低薩爾瓦多的謀殺率，從2012年初的每天14起降至2013年中的每天5起，這是10年來新低。
但在2013年之後，暴力犯罪又開始增加，和去年初相較，今年前3個月的謀殺率已上升44%至每天10起左右，截至目前5月的謀殺率是每天14.3起。
傅內斯說，這其中至少有部份暴力事件，是由有政治動機的團體所犯下，他們造成這個國家的政府無能的印象，藉此顛覆政府。
