高雄市長陳菊今 (10日）晚在天津，與特從北京前來的中國大陸國務院台灣事務辦公室主任張志軍會晤。會中陳菊表示「兩岸的未來不能互相缺席」，期待未來能有更多正面的交流溝通。

陳菊市長表示，這次中國大陸之行是「城市對城市」的交流，主要目標是邀請各個城市的市長與市政團隊參與APCS的盛會。也歡迎各界朋友，透過此行與高雄市府團隊進行良好而積極的互動。

她感謝張志軍主任特地前來天津訪問面會，「這對彼此而言都是充份溝通與瞭解的機會」。
