1.小的租約到期是九月底，但是因為最近房東積極找人，並且看房想要進房間看，
老實說這真的不是很舒服，我拒絕了，但是房東看完我拒絕簡訊卻還是帶人進來了...
請問我可以提前解約嗎？這樣會不會被扣押金？
2.房東大部分都不會在台灣，所以他很多時候是拜託他友人待人來看屋，
那這樣房東是否有違反，刑法第306條第1項：無故侵入他人住宅罪？
感覺上被委託的友人才有，雖然是房東委託的......
3.基於以上兩點，我實在是有點住不下去，想回鄉工作住家裡，
那我可以用上面法條提前解約嗎？押金會被扣嗎？
