法部政次：黃世銘請辭案 在總統府待批

檢察總長黃世銘一審被判有罪請辭後，迄今請辭公文未獲批准，民進黨立委柯建銘、尤美女等人，上午在立法院司法委員會砲轟黃世銘賴著不走，要所有檢察官一起跟著陪葬; 法務部政務次長陳明堂表示，法務部在一審判決後的3月25日，已將黃世銘的請辭公文，轉呈行政院，昨天公文已送到總統府，陳明堂向立委解釋說：「不會不批啦!」
