結束靜止戶需重辦印鑑 曾銘宗：不合理

親民黨立委李桐豪今天在立法院財委會質詢時說，他接到非常多的民眾抱怨，原來這些民眾跑到「台銀、台企銀、彰銀」等公股行庫，準備結束靜止戶時，發現還得重新辦印鑑、先打開靜止戶後才能結束帳戶。

李桐豪說，據他了解，去多數民營銀行結束靜止戶，只要填個切結書就好了，為何不同銀行間做法會差這麼大？他要求金管會督導銀行業改進。

金管會主委曾銘宗答覆時說，金管會銀行局會來處理這件事，會發一個統一規定，他說，若有民眾要結束靜止戶還要重辦印鑑，實在不合理，會要求銀行改進。
